Livermore Rodeo Goes to $10,000 Added Money

At the regular monthly meeting on December 6, 2022, the Livermore Stockmen's Rodeo Association Board of Directors moved to increase the added money per PRCA Event to $10,000 starting at the 2023 105th Livermore Rodeo,
Livermore Rodeo cancels Wild Cow Milking

In accordance the decision made by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors in September
banning Wild Cow Milking in Unincorporated Alameda County, The LSRA Board of Directors have canceled Wild Cow Milking at the main rodeo event.
LSRA Cancels 103rd Annual Livermore Rodeo

The Livermore Stockmen's Rodeo Association has cancelled or postponed this years 2021 rodeo events. While it may be possible later in 2021 to hold some functions, the board of directors has decided to cancel the main PRCA event that traditionally happens every second weekend in June. On Tuesday September 1, the stockholders of the Livermore Stockmen's Rodeo Association cast their ballots to elect the 2020-2021 Board of Directors. The board also appointed officers to the executive committee. CLICK HERE to see the results.

Isabella Macchioni assumes the duties of Miss Livermore Rodeo 2019

We are pleased to announce that Isabella Macchioni has assumed the duties of Miss Livermore Rodeo 2019 for the remainder of 2019 into early 2020. Isabella was the 1st runner up in the Miss Livermore Rodeo 2019 Queen contest on March 9, 2019. We welcome Isabella to the task and know she will represent the rodeo beautifully!

Livermore Rodeo approves added money increase

At the October 8, 2019 regular meeting, the LSRA Board of Directors approved an increase to the added money purse for the 2020 PRCA rodeo event from $6,500 to $7,500 per event.

Miss Livermore Rodeo 2019 Morgan Laughlin crowned Miss Rodeo California 2020!

Congratulations to Miss Livermore Rodeo 2019 Morgan Laughlin, recently crowned as Miss Rodeo California 2020! Morgan Laughlin is the 20-year-old daughter of Steve and Denise Laughlin. Her roots run deep in the Northern California town of Livermore, home of the World’s Fastest Rodeo. Coming from a six-generation rodeo family, the sport of rodeo has been a part of her life from a very young age. Morgan enjoys riding Reining Cow Horses, running barrels, and working cows with her family. She loves God, her country, and the sport of rodeo. She recently completed her certification as a Phlebotomy Technician. She will continue her education to earn her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing to become a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse. Morgan proudly represents the Livermore Rodeo as their 2019 Queen. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to hold the title of Miss Rodeo California 2020!
